Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) with stent to CAD done 2 months back. ECHO shows mild to moderate pericardial effusion, mild pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH), moderate mitral regurgitation (MR), moderate LV dysfunction.
