Today's students often experience high levels of stress, anxiety, and burnout due to academic pressures, societal expectations, and the increasing use of digital devices. Sedentary lifestyles, poor nutrition, and irregular sleep patterns further compound these challenges, negatively impacting students' overall health and academic performance.
